Response times
We aim to acknowledge general messages within 3 business days. Privacy requests, safety reports and DMCA notices are prioritized and typically acknowledged within 2 business days. Complex requests may take longer to resolve fully, but you will hear from us either way.
Before you write
- Spotted an error? Tell us the page URL and what's wrong — verified errors are corrected promptly and noted in the article.
- Problem on a chat platform? We're a publication, not a platform. Issues with a specific chat service (bans, billing, abusive users) need to go to that platform's own support team. We can't intervene in third-party accounts.
