OmeDreams is an editorial website that publishes articles, guides and commentary about random video chat platforms. OmeDreams does not produce, commission, upload or host any visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256, and therefore does not produce or host any content covered by the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
The Site contains no user-generated media, no performer content, no live streams and no embedded explicit material. Imagery used on the Site consists of original branded illustrations and graphics that depict no individuals.
