Scope

This policy covers content published on https://omedreams.com/ only. OmeDreams is an editorial site with no user-generated media; everything on the Site was published by our editorial team. If your complaint concerns content on a chat platform we have written about, you must contact that platform directly — we cannot remove material from third-party services.

Submitting a DMCA notice

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@omedreams.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
2. The exact URL(s) on omedreams.com where the allegedly infringing material appears;
3. Your name, email address and, if available, telephone number;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days and, where the claim is substantiated, remove or disable access to the material promptly. Incomplete notices will receive a reply explaining what is missing.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed following a notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@omedreams.com containing the material's prior URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which OmeDreams may be found), and your signature.

Other removal requests

For non-copyright concerns — for example, a factual error, a privacy concern about something mentioned in an article, or an outdated reference — email contact@omedreams.com with the URL and a description of the issue. Factual errors are corrected promptly once verified; privacy-related requests can also go to privacy@omedreams.com.

Misuse of this process

Knowingly submitting false infringement claims can expose the sender to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We reserve the right to disregard notices that are abusive, fraudulent or submitted in bad faith.
